... a shovel.  I thought I'd won the lottery when I received a hammer from my father.  That is, until I realized I was still going to run the shovel.  Eventually, I 'graduated' to a tape measure and years later, a small crew of my own (buddies if we're keeping it real here).  After college I fell back into the construction (homebuilding) industry through an accident and haven't looked back since.  My journey to this point has been unorthodox to say the least.  It includes remodeling, single family, multi-family, storage, retail, distribution center, corporate office, and mid-rise development.  Title Insurance sales & management, consulting, business strategy, and owner's representative work.  I have literally worn every hat one can wear in the industry...blue collar beginnings up through white collar board rooms.  And I've loved every minute of it, feeling equally at home in either setting.  No matter the project, my goal remains the same - learn your business, understand and share your vision, be your unwavering expert advocate, deliver a product beyond your dreams superseding your expectations.
